• VAT is levied at a rate of 14% on the bid price.
• No buyer's commission is levied.
• Payment is in cash, bank guaranteed cheque or EFT immediately at time of sale.
• Buyers must comply with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act and supply FICA documentation (ID document and proof of residence).
• Goods must be removed immediately after the sale.
